Welcome to my life

Privacy and security are those things you give up
when you show the world what makes you extraordinary.

I was born on December 4th, 1980 at 7:17 am. Nothing extraordinary happened on my birthday besides the common miracle of a new baby coming into the world. So what makes me so different? What makes me special enough for you to want to probe into my personal endeavors and discuss amongst your colleagues my latest mishaps and adventures?

Nothing.

So why even bother?

Well I'll be honest with you. My life, in my own personal opinion, worth at the least a once over by the common observer. Those who know me personally know that all of the information contained within this blog is stuff I would share with any one of them friend or not. For some odd reason I want my life to be one of public scrutiny. A voyeuristic calling one might say. Don't we all want our 2 minutes of fame. At the least I would like to be remembered but by what I tell the world to remember.

I am very poetic. Most of what I see in the world is not its true form but its avatar. My physical, mental, and emotional ideals cloud the true (often morbid) view of the things I come into contact with. That means, simply, that I see most things differently then most other people.

I work with children and I tell them all the time, "Everything people know about you is exactly what you tell them." This is my attempt not to suffer the fate of many of the greatest minds ever.
Albert Einstein is remembered for the Atomic Bomb,
Rick James is remembered for saying, "Bitch," on television,
and Michael Jackson is probably gonna' be remembered for his child molestation allegations.

No matter what your accomplishments, accolades, or achievements were, the world only remembers what they want. Unless you tell the otherwise.

So take this as a warning or an introduction (however you like), but you are definitely in for an interesting read. You have my word that all of the entries contained within are 100% true and reflect the daily happenings and ideas of one Antonio-Jermaine Young. If you have any questions, suggestions, concerns, or general comments then leave them here in my blog or send me an e-mail. I will be more than happy to chat with you or whatever. For now...

I hope I can inspire at least one person and if not I hope that it can at least make you laugh.

Enjoy...
